Refund & Return Policy

At VAYO we want you to be fully satisfied with your artwork. Because each piece is produced on demand and crafted with care, we apply the following return and refund guidelines:

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective — such as bent corners, scratches, dents, or printing imperfections — please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will replace the item free of charge or issue a full refund.

In this case, all return shipping costs are covered by VAYO.

To process your claim quickly, email us at info@vayo.art with:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the damage/defect
  • a short explanation

We aim to respond within 48 hours.

2. 30-Day Evaluation Period

You are welcome to install and experience your artwork in your home or office for up to 30 days after receiving your order.

This allows you to see how the piece interacts with light and your interior before fully deciding.

If you decide to return your artwork within this 30-day period, please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • The artwork must be returned in its original packaging, unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned piece, your payment will be refunded

To initiate a return, email us at info@vayo.art with:

  • Your order number
  • A short explanation

    We aim to respond within 48 hours.

3. Custom Artwork

Custom pieces created from your own photo or personalised request are not eligible for returns or refunds, except when damaged or defective.

4. Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing time from your bank or card provider may vary.

5. Shipping Damage & Risk

Risk transfers to the buyer once the artwork has been delivered.

If the package arrives visibly damaged:

  • take photos before opening, and
  • report the issue to the courier if possible.

This helps us handle the claim effectively.
