Do you offer frames?
Yes. Oak or black floating frame options are available. The depth of the frames are 40mm and high quality.
How does shipping work?
Each piece is made to order. Standard artworks: 7–10 working days production Excl. shipping
Custom artwork: 10–14 working days (includes design approval).
Can I return a custom piece?
Custom works are final, unless damaged. Standard pieces may be returned within 30 days. Please send an email for instructions to info@vayo.art

Do your artworks come ready to hang?
Yes, all pieces come with a floating wall mount system pre-installed. Simply choose your spot, drill or screw, and hang.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide in secure, foam-lined packaging. Extra duties or taxes may apply based on your region.
Can I see a preview of my custom design?
Yes. Before printing, we’ll send you a digital gradient proof based on your photo. You can request changes before approval. You can even order a small sample so you can check how it looks like.
