You will receive an automatic track and trace email once your order has been shipped.

No additional costs for tariffs or import duties.

The artworks are mounted with corner brackets at the back of the frame, making the installation process similar to that of a regular frame with nails/screws in the wall, on which the artwork is hung.

We offer 30 days for you to see, feel and test our acoustic artworks. 

This means that you are welcome to install the artworks and test them in your home or office before fully deciding. 

If you'd like to create a return, simply email us at contact@arturel.com within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

The payment will be refunded when we receive the returned package.

Each artwork is part of a limited edition of 350 pieces. Once the edition is sold out, it will never be reprinted.

Every piece comes with a signed and numbered certificate of authenticity, confirming your artwork’s unique place within the edition.
